You should try to get the ground as short as possible and to a spot on the frame clean and shiny.

yes it does haha. No had a shop build it for me I don't know the first thing about building boxes and my my buddy that does it doesn't know a lot about tuning although the box looked good it came out at like 57hz or some crazy shit.

Oic. An earlier post says 27. 57 would be a tad high for me. A small sealed 10" shallow can get lower than that. What is the purpose of tuning so high ? Just to be louder ?

no they did it by accident he had no idea how to tune the port so he just started cutting shit and It didn't work

OIC. I've seen/heard some very crappy boxes that were tuned/ported for SPL and the user had no idea. Definitely not for music or SQ.

I am picking up a bank of super caps sunday, should help the group 31 agm feed my amp @.25 ohm daily lol
