Thanks. It tells temp, voltage and amp output on the digital display. It pushes the subs fine. But they are currently in my shed. Going to put them in my dads excursion sometime. I got tired of watching my bed flex lol.

If it takes 5 if them to do it, is it really something to brag about? I don't see anything in that picture that says 160 decibels.

Re: Show Your System
The truck with the 6 mmats 4K's is pushing 24 12's. It does 158's+ on music for hours at a time. I know this because im the operator as well as the guy who keeps it playing.
Mmats 4K's are internally boosted. Fuse ratings are more of a guideline with mmats amps.
Look at it like this, if you have a car that can go 200mph but will blow up before it makes it to that speed because it has no type of governor, you would want some type of control to keep it under that speed. Mmats gives a fuse rating that will allow the amp to produce power but if the demand gets too high, your fuse will pop thus saving your amp. The mmats amps have NO internal protection. If the Thermal light cones on it's because the amp simply will not operate anymore, not because a chip told it to shut down. Mmats amps are build to compete, and designed to operate very cleanly and precisely. I have 3 4K's pushing 6 15's. I don't have a ranger (not anymore at least) but I do have a 4 door colorado.
The 1400 watt mmats amp will do rated power + under the right conditions.

Truck is an 05 Chevy Colorado with the I5.
Have not metered truck but it's loud!
So far I've broken my passenger window motor bracket and frame off the door, I've been through 2 driver side mirrors (current is cracked) and 1 passenger side mirror, broken dash brackets, air bag cover has broke, ripped sheet metal, break booster, water pump, grill, windshield leaks, roof is warped, cruse control lever broke off, AC controls broke, and more little bs things have broken from bass. This list is bitter sweet.

Not that I want it to break things, I just want to be stupidly loud to the point that it's no longer necessary to compete. I also run a custom shop so I have to build my truck as loud as I can. On top of that, sponsors want it loud as well. I go to more shows then I can remember each year and love my job and hobby. It's my passion. Breaking shit is just a side affect.
----------
But If anyone wants to know, I do not compete. I demo.

We'll that isn't bad. For daily driving so loud it breaks stuff that's a little over the top lol.

What is the fuse in the M1400.1 for ? The 1400.1 is the amp we were talking about. Why is there a fuse or fuses in the chassis of the amp ? The inline fuse close to the battery is for protecting the wire from melting and causing a fire. What is the fuse or fuses installed in the amp for ?
