Those are the speakers I've been wanting for my truck. The alpines have that hammer surround which is supposed to allow for more excursion which is more bass. If you get those you can hook them up to the headunit but that's not the best idea. Hook them to a 4 channel.

If you get 4 of those speakers ideally this is a great amp for them. They will provide the speakers with the proper power that they need.

I've found them on crutch field but they want $200 for 2 speakers. On eBay looks like I can get all 4 for $200. And the amp
For $200/300. After that my entire system will be alpine after I change everything out.

Yeah I did the same.
I bought an alpine amp, type r 8 sub, powerbass 4 channel amp, and sub grill with bass knob for $350 maybe a little more. And with 4 new alpine 6x8 and alpine 4 channel that will run 100 rms x 4 it will be another $440.

Nice. Are you gonna get 4 matching speakers? Or you'll see how it goes? Let us know how they are.

Idk who said it but I have 6X8 Kicker speakers and added a kicker sub as well. I'm definitely outperforming a lot of other friends of mine and other people's audio systems that I know.
