Re: Show Your System
If that's the case, then I recommend you don't change a thing.

Well, idk wtf we did wrong but the sub isn't getting any juice. I have work in half an hour. Guess it'll have to wait until next week.

Did you get it working, make sure youre grounded out well. Maybe post pics? I had a problem one time where i thought i had it grounded and it was a bad ground and kept blowing fuses

Got the sub working last night. The remote switch wire was spliced but not twisted together well, and the heat shrinking tube came off. Also I had a power cable get messed up all the way under the carpet (yes, I took my time and ran every single wire under carpet. I hate wires being visible). I'm going to take pictures and videos today when I clean my interior. I also have to figure out why my rear drivers side speaker is now fuzzy.

Could be distortion based off your rcas, and i always run under carpet, good idea, another thing, electrical tape can be your best friend its like duck tape no such thing as too much, wrap your remote well, i had a problem where the remote touched the power, set fire i was able to stop it half way through but had a burn mark on carpet and had to replace the remote

What I think it is is my sub RCA's interfering with the speaker wire to the driver side rear speaker. Would this make sense? And how would I go about insulating the wires to fix that?

It's a solid connection still, my dad thinks we should switch the left and right speaker to isolate it. The little rubbery adhesive ring used to deaden sound was touching the connection so I took that off though.
