This is my sub, but since I took the picture, I added some duct tape to it to give it a real nice finished look.

Seriously, the sound quality difference you would hear by adding a set of Pioneer coaxials to be powered only by that headunit is like night and day going from stock speakers to even the cheaper Pioneers. Just not the walmart Pioneers. Get the coaxials that say 2-40 watts RMS and 90+ db sensitivity.

I do eventually want to upgrade to better speakers, but for right now, the stock ones work fine. Thanks for the recommendation!

Yeah you really don't even know how much of an improvement new speakers are. Even if you just get one pair, that $40-50 is a worlds difference.

Have any of you built a sub that fits where the jack goes so that the two seats in the back are still functional?
