PropertyCO..I thought tskater14's self-made speaker box was great....commendations to his applied graphics. But alternatively the speakers could have been much farther apart. For sure you are up to the task of creative experimentation.....is it possible that 2 12's could be mounted to the backs of the seats?...facing the seat with a bit of a space..the other 2 12's mounted to the back in such a way as to allow full seat movement. The 'Seat Speakers" giving an actual feel to the seat's occupants? Hey I don't want to hear any whining about this suggestion from others, just suggesting possibilities to your conundrum.

@wahvtec
i was pushing the low 130s with my set up.

@2002 2WD Edge
his box was great, there's no doubt that he spent the time to measure out every thing, as for the seats having speakers on them, we'd still have to build them in a box to make them sound, and i'd still have limited chair movement :P

@ranger024x4
You can troll without being a troll. And i don't deny i have tons to learn, it was my first box. as for me not being able to take criticism/pointers, i'm capable of receiving it, but when it goes to bashing, it's not trying to be constructive.

Good try lil guy, but the xplod subs work like french women's razors. Clearly you dicked around too much with the wiring seeing as you blew two amps, probably three by now. Im not saying that i am the sub prince or anything, but even a retarded fish could tell that you messed something up. Seeing as you are 17 and this is more than likely either your first vehicle or you are a spoilt little girl, you are either going to crash it, or treat it like poo, so disengaging the airbag is a bad idea, and the no leg room is also a bad idea. Well.. i guess it isn't if you are depressed about something and feel the need to die. But yeah, good attempt.

The second amp wasn't my fault, the crossover inside of it rattled apart and there were screws floating around, nothing burnt. As for crashing it or treating it like shit, i take better care of my truck than most people do their kids. As me being a "spoiled little girl" i don't get shit handed to me, i pay for my parts, i spent two weeks doing body work on my truck to make it look decent, the only thing i got handed to me were the speakers/amps because my dad doesn't drive the truck that they were in. As for the airbag, a 15 mile an hour head on collision would set off the bag.

one forum that will provide you with endless amounts of informations diagrams etc and guidance on amps etc is caraudioclassifieds.org. Lot of good informations there. I dont know what your trucks used for but a blow through and tonneau cover could be an option if u have some metal working skills.
