Thanks guys. It ran 400 shipped. By bypass do you mean being able to watch a movie while driving? If so I just hooked the wire that's supposed to go to the parking break switch up to a relay. The relay is powered by the remote wire since it sends power just after the radio is turned on.

Thanks Craig. I should of had a Harley but got screwed. The truck is just a hobby for me. As for the vibration it's kinda nice. I work for a high rise window cleaning company and at the end of the day it's nice to hop in and get a back massage on the way home. I wish I would of known about the discount Jordan but it was kind of unexpected purchase. My kenwood was acting up bad and it had to go

It's all good, I'm not a big vendor person, but I do sell HIDs, underglow, interior glow and much more. My Kenwood was acting up well, it was a discontinued item so I said screw it and bought a Pioneer to match my whole system setup. As for the vibration, let's just say I love going to work and love leaving work . Vibration is awesome. Especially when you have the whole Pioneer audio setup

Do you have a site for your products. I was wanting to do some accent lighting in the truck?

Thanks so much for those pics! this has been in my plans for a few years now. I have everything (other than speakers/amp). a couple questions for you.

1. do you remember your measurements of the hole you cut?

2. What did you have to weld? i know you said the back wall, but what exactly did you do?

3. I love the cover you made! Did you make it slightly smaller than the hole so the cab and bed can flex independently?

1 I think I cut the hole 16 high x 40 wide.

2. On my back wall I had a hump that stuck out about 4 inches down from the glass. I cut just above the hump and welded the two together.

3. Yes. I made the cover around a 1/8th of an inch smaller. The cover was a pain trying to get the corners right.

Do you have any ideas on subs and amp? Are you doing a sealed or ported box?

the box i have is a slot ported box. it was designed for 2 memphis 10s, but those subs have come and gone now. i'll try to post a pic of it tonight. it's buried in my shop.

i guess i'm still confused on what you welded. i'm well aware of that hump. did you cut it so it would lay flat?

When I cut the hump out it left two pieces of sheetmetal loose. What I did was clamp the two together and welded it. It's basically the top skin which had the hump and the actual back wall that got welded. You might want to add a extra piece of steel for added bracing. I'll see if I can get some pics and video tonight.

For the seal I bought 10 feet and used all but a foot
