Default Time for a CB.. which one?

I narrowed it down to two..

Uniden:

Its very small.. that's about it. lol!

Cobra:

It's a little bigger then the uniden, but has weather channels..

I'm leaning towards the cobra, what are your opinions?

Truck to truck on the road either one will do . Check out SSB models you will be able to communicate further. Also look at Galaxy they make a fine radio.

I prefer the uniden for two things:
- I had one before, so i'm biased. Plus its very reliable and tiny.
- If you play hide and seek, it's very precise on signal strength (hehe).

SSB models are awesome because while most people aren't into the cb thing, they go for the cheaper models and have no means to listen in your semi-private conversations (when you use ssb, you're between channels, and people hear you as if you'd be on a scrambled line).

If space is an issue I would go with the Uniden, if not get the Cobra. The extra features would be nice.

Space really isn't a massive issue, I would like to put it out of the way for the most part, but the cobra isn't much bigger then the uniden..

I appreciate the feedback.
