Anyone know if a Mach 300 radio will work in a 2004 Ranger?

What is a Mach 300 ?

It came out of a Escape.

The Ranger uses Ford 'World' connector (the red one). But the Escape & Mach 300 uses the newer Phase II connector. You'll need an adapter cable or else cut off the Ranger's dash connector & splice in the newer connector. I did the cut & splice to replace my radio (a different one).
