Default Can't get radio to work out of vehicle
2004 Edge OEM radio replaced with a Sony so I could have Bluetooth. OEM was destined for use in the shop but I cannot get any sound out of it. CD player and cassette work but no sound. Clock, display all work.

What am I missing? I've isolated the 8 speaker wires but no combination produces sound. There was no additional amplifier in the vehicle.

I have multipurpose constant 13.5v (dc) source, 110 input. I use it for testing 12v things that need what otherwise would be a battery. I've checked to make sure that the OEM radio chasis is showing ground.
