Default Need radio for my Ranger

Need some input/opinions on a stereo for my Ranger. I'm simply looking for something basically plug/play. I don't need or want anything fancy, just a CD slot, and an aux input for my satellite radio. The one I have now has cassette, CD, and of course, the AM/FM radio. I guess that's an MP3? Plan on moving my SiriusXM from the big truck into the Ranger.
I don't care much about amps, subwoofers or anything. Just want to plug it in and go. Is there anything for say, around 100 bucks?
If anyone has an OEM with the aux input, I just may be interested.

I don't think any factory one has an aux input (at least not that I've seen).

I have this radio:
http://amzn.to/2lLQaFB

I have put it in my truck, my parent's trucks, an I had put it in my infiniti. LOVE it, its easy to use, puts out enough power for reasonable speakers, looks good, basically has everything I want out of a radio.

To install it I needed the following:
Wire Harness - http://amzn.to/2msIjtE
Bezel Kit - http://amzn.to/2mK62rx
Parking Brake bypass - http://amzn.to/2lLMBzu

And I installed a backup camera, which I find very useful in small parking lots - http://amzn.to/2lLLVdf Not that the truck is that big, now that I have it, I find myself using it all the time.

Its a little more than the $100 you mentioned, but 100% worth it in the end. The wire harness and bezel are required for any after market radio you install, so you won't be able to avoid those costs.

The 2007+ trucks do have the option for it.

Otherwise, keep up the good work!

Ok, so my replies have been kind of choppy and incomplete. The factory input is like this:

So it is able to be put in, but you either need to relocate the input to a different location or the airbag switch.

It would be easiest to just add a non factory aux port as you can put it anywhere and you'd have to add the wires (I think there are only 2) for it anyways.

The only part you need from 07+ trucks is the radio as they are the ones that support the aux inputs.
