Have a 2010 4X4 Sport extended cab. Will a Kicker Hideaway enclosed subwoofer, 11HS8, fit under either the passenger or driver seat? Thx

Ok, how 'bout I ask this a different way.... Is there a powered subwoofer that will fit under a seat of a Ranger?

Although I haven't measured under the seats, you could get a tape measure out there, get some figures and then hit up Crutchfield and Sonicelectronix and see what subs boxes might fit under them.

It would seem that Kicker 11HS8 is a pretty darned shallow sub unit and from other in-use pics it would seem that it "could" fit under our seats.

But, anyway, giving you a free bump just in case someone is actually running an under seat sub.

Nah. Too tight. If you plan to move your seat back and forth or clean your truck, it won't fit. I have personally had one. I am single cab and had it mounted to the back wall, but I know it will limit seat travel if you were place it under your seat. I now have dedicated amps for my sub and highs and I cannot fit neither amp under the seat if I plan on moving my seat back and forward.

Bottom line, yes it will fit but your seat will not be a be able to move.

Are you referring to the Kicker Hideaway?

Im gonna venture out and say there are no options for under the seat. There is hardly any room under the seat
