I just purchased a R2S-1X12 Prime 12" R2S with Shallow Loaded Enclosure
and i want to get a rockford fosgate amplifier to power just the sub and not the speakers of my truck, which should i get, i prefer the prime series by the way, and I'm confused by the channels and watts and all that.

If what I found is right for your sub you ordered then you should only need a single channel amp between 250-500 watts. I'd say a 300 or a 400 watt would be plenty.

JVC KSAX3101D 2ohm stable.

400 watts RMS with a 2 ohm load.

Cheap price and gets the job done. Ive pushed this bad boy for last 2 years and it still is good considering it has gotten hot when driving in the summer in desert conditions.
