Unhappy Blown fuse somewhere

So, I was "attempting" to install a JVC head unit in my car with a failure of a wiring diagram at my side... I believe I wired it ALL WRONG and have blown a fuse somewhere because my radio AND my windshield wipers no longer work. Does anyone know which fuse this might be? or if it is a different problem all together.

I'll give it a look over, thanks!

P.S. I find it odd that the radio and the windshield wipers use the same fuse lol.

Hmm, there's not even a fuse IN 29. Could it be 31?

Sounds like a plan to me. All I know is that I would rather install the thing myself than spend $50 (plus tools and tax) at some audio place. That $50 is for HIDs! or corner lights.
