Yes. 100 amps of fusing is the same as a 100 amp fuse when they are all protecting the same circuit.

Yeah that's why I said it was pulling 100 amps. Lol

I have a 400 peak watt amp in my truck and with the lights on at idle it dims the lights and makes my amp gauge go crazy, I have a 7 month old alt and a marine battery

We don't go by peak or max watts. Bogus. What is the RMS rating ?

I don't think your lights should be dimming. 200 rms isn't really much at all

Do you have the gain knob maxxed out or close without actually setting the gain correctly ?

200 watts rms is a joke for stock alternator, should easily handle it.

On my 2010 when i bump it lets say 85 percent of volume no distortion 2 amplifiers combined they "draw" about 485 watts rms when the sub hits. And if i push the eqyipment maybe 520 watts rms. The interior dash lights stock non led kind flash a little nothing major. And my hid headlights are fine. U NEED TO GO HID HEADLIGHTS FOR 70 WATTS OUTPUT VS STOCK 130 WATT DRAW. Set gains as best as possible.
