The little lip on the back wall of the truck is exactly 12 inches from the floor. I would want something to fit under that lip

The 2000 has more room about 2 more inches then my truck. Get the measurements of the box. Best way to go though is to make one that way it will fit how you want it. And don't put a 12 in. Go with a 10. I had a 12 behind my seat and didn't have enough cu for it and it was a shallow mount.
