You want to put 27x8.5" tires on your 4x4?
You can....but why?

greetings from pa. you can put those tires on but i've found the skinnier the tire the better for snow. {maybe i'm wrong but i'd think wider tires would float on top instead of getting down and chewing through it?}

Smaller than stock?? Is that what I'm hearing?? Just get mud terrains and run them year 'round... I'll never go back!!! :-D hehe

Like I said... I put 12.5" wide mud terrains on a week before our huge storms last year... OMG... what a difference!! I'll never go back to all terrains... NEVER!!

hi guys, im from quebec canada. and there is a law that for december 15th you need winter tires.. so i cant put all terrain, cause they dont count them as winter tires.
I would go smaller only because i got the tires free.. That is the only reason.
Would the speedometer be affected??
