Another popular engine swap are the 23hp & 27hp V-twin briggs and strattons. These engines will easily get you 65 mph. I agree, its still crazy to see a cart go that fast even if it isn't doing 125mph.

Add a roll cage, racing seats, and harness and I'd like to drive this one.
