Yes, once the wheel is off the lock out slides off revealing the spindle, nut and outer bearing. If I remember right there will be an outer nut, a locking washer and then another nut. Once those are off the rotor will slide off just like a 2wd one. Only real difference between the 4x4 and the 2wd is the locking nuts and the size of the bearings.
