yes you can swap them so far it sounds like you got it all i would check the postion of the motor mounts but it should fit considering that is the same truck bodys bout the same size is the same so yea it should fit and be abit snug as every 4.0 is in a ranger and you say you can get all the wires and computers for the motor so forth you should be good. just do your homework and take your time and get it done right and do be afarid to ask questions. any question you may think is stupid is only stupid if you dont ask.
