I have actually heard of this Smakes, there are some guys here that are down from Alberta and Ontario that were talking about this stuff with me. They inflate some of the prices on cars up there too, so Canadians come down to Havre to buy a vehicle then take it up to Canada, because it's cheaper to get it legalized then buy a new one there I guess.
