Volvo head= no yours is a SOHC a 16 valve is a DOHC the head would be to wide. And as far as boosting maybe 50-60 hp you would need the turbo intercooler your truck would need to be tuned to run with the turbo. Not to mention where you would fit the turbo what size you would need and all kinds of other factors. You wanna Turbo your truck get ready to spend 1000+ on parts and allot more on labour if you have a shop do it
