i know them as soft plugs....

have one in the back of the motor, passenger side. was interested in knowing how i might get it out... screw something in and pop it out?
and how hard it might be to get one back in, there's not much space back there to work with. was hoping i didn't have to drop the motor.

was told about a new plug...just push it in and screw tight, it'll expand into place and seal. does anyone know about this, and does it work? any reviews out there?
