buying a Chilton's or Haynes manual will be your best help. I could go grab the ford tech manual and post it here but it is written for techs that understand and they DO NOT state do this then this then this then this. its assumes you know what your doing.

I have all needed tools. I may not know how to put an engine together but am not an idiot and am mechanically inclined. I have used tools throughout my life, just never did any "major" engine work other than some oil changes, brake changes, wheel swaps, stuff like that.
