Most auto parts stores sell tubing benders for pretty cheap. Harbor Freight sells a real nice one with a lever for pretty cheap. From personal experience, get a tubing cutter and a double flaring kit too. The auto parts stores don't have a line with the right end for the tank side of the line. You will need to cut off the end of the old line to reuse it on the new one. I ended up replacing every line but the one between the tank and the frame. Not including tools, it cost me about $70.
