Yes there is not a space on the center pipe. Here are my ranger headers

Thank you. I'm running a c4 that is for drag racing. My truck is for drag racing only.

thats nice to hear cuz where im from we have summit motorsports park in norwalk and all you see of small trucks is el caminos s10 with v8 and some rancheros never rangers though i guess my freinds say the janitor at there home school has a ranger with a ford racing 301 which doesn't sound right to me youd think it would be a 302 just becuse thats what ford makes bu i read the c4 just bolts in do u happen to know anyone that did an aod one guy on my other thread said he had to mover the cross member but it was on an older style ranger but i looked at my 88 stx and it looks the same to me as my 94

i did but it doesnt go into anything like mounting but what ive got the overdrive automatic in it and from what i under stand is the aod should just bolt in where the other transmission did but i aint sure

Hey am i lucky or what me and dad looked around the back yard and found these
just a matter of cleaning them up now and getting new bolts and making the old one come free do anyone know of any good exhuast paint that will stay on not only for looks but to keep the rust off to and i think im gonna do like the port and polishing smooth the insides up real nice

No that's y I had mine coated. Paint just burns off. I used some pool acid to remove rust before worked great

what about that paint they sell at autozone and stuff thats suppose to be resistant to upto 9000 degrees and whats this pool acid where do you get it

i tried it on my old headers and it did not work.
i think it was called Muriatic acid. when u let it set in it then u have to wash it off. wear gloves and stuff to keep eyes safe

well i want them to look nice any other options that can be done reasonably cheap or else ill probly try the acid stuff and continue wire brushing them does the acid work good on the inside cuz imma take a small grinder to clean out the edges kinda like port and polish type thing but further inside might be kinda hard

Not sure if they have it. Don't get any thing till I double check the name. My headers did not take that long. I say it was about 10 min or so.
