headers for a 351w ?

So I have 1983 Ranger with a V8 351w so can I buy headers for my truck that will fit with out cutting the frame or anything?

Yes, but there's a good chance that you'll have to modify them though. Usually block hugger/Shorty headers work to give you the clearance you need depending on the engine you have.
