i currently have a 96 ford ranger 4cyl and i plan on applying lowering ibeams and coil springs and then applying a 5.0 mustang motor and tranny... what coil springs would someone reccommend to me to where it is low but the wheels will still align up correctly, no problem and everything goes in with ease? plz help

How low are you trying to go? The drop beams will net you 3". The 5.0 is about 150lbs heavier than the stock engine which may cause the front to sit an inch or so lower. If you use drop springs, you will have camber issues that will eat tires. I suggest you start with the beams and 5.0 and go from there.

ok so u think that i should do the stock coil springs with the i beams? thats what i thought about doing its just that i wanted to get some one who has done this before...

Yeah, it's a good starting point. Like I said, the beams will give you 3" and the weight of the 5.0 another inch or so.
