What radiator would you recomend using for this project? I'm trying to get some parts together as we speak for my "operation frankenstein" project and would like to know which radiator would be a good choice. Plus all of the info I have looked at concerning the Ford ranger and the S10 swaps don't really cover this to much.

I used a Jegs 52016 It fit nice between the frame rails and all the way forward in the core support. I built a aluminum U shaped mount and it bolted to the front of the core support Just low enough to remove the cap. I also used Jegs universal supports and cut them off on the front for clearance. the radiator can not move forward due to the support. I ended up with 3" of clearance between the water pump and the radiator.

Good Luck Dave

Thanks pal. I'll write that part number down. That's an aluminum crossflow radiator aint it? Kooling will be my biggest issue other than room of course. I'll have to use side pipes for exhaust, that much I do know for certain. There won't exactly be a muffler on mine. The engine I'm using aint never been done in a ranger that can run on the streets.
