I used adapter plates, the rest I pieced together including using 302 mounts from a 1980 Bronco in the AA plates. The headers and AA plates I bought from someone off a forum who must have changed streams. Used them cause I had them. I ditched the idea of using 1/4" adapter plates and the original 2.9L mounts, but I did cut them out w/ a torch and mess with that a bit.
Headers were Hedman 89500 and they did not fit well. Drivers side fit good, but passenger side is a headache. Avoid these.
Another option is using convertible mustang mounts flipped side to side and slotting the cross member ($45). A lot of people are going this route. The AA plates are very time consuming to align, and it's helpful to have 2 people when tightening. Also require one hole to be drilled in the cross member (easy).
I am using a 4.0L HD (2 row) radiator from a 91-94(?) Explorer and fan shroud. Probably pick that up from a junk yard for cheap. I doubt you'll find a radiator that works with out modifications to the core support. I cut the bottom of mine out and made a new mount out of angle iron to tuck it in as far forward as possible. Even still needed a very slim electric fan, but I ended up just using a flex fan. I really want a later model 5.0L FEAD, but that's expensive.
Relocation kit probably $60. Just need to make sure the hoses exit 90 degrees instead of strait out to dodge the side of the steering box.
But that is only a small piece of the puzzle. There is more to this swap than just these few things. But it is a good starting point.
