Hopefully soon! I still need a radiator, waterpump, fan, and fan clutch before i put the body back on. Then I have to figure out all the wiring.

Really glad i only had 3 plugs to deal with on my t5. Looks like the exhaust manifolds are going to be easier than mine. Are you having some one else do the pipes?

Right now it's just the cats bolted up to the manifols. I'll probably rig up the rest until I get the money to get it done right.

But I would use the M-5 out of a truck. smoother shifting and more reliable. Just make sure you seal the shift rail plugs. Remove the rubber ones, install 5/8 freeze plugs with silicone and it will last forever. The wiring is a minor issue. personally I would get a computer for a manual transmission equipped car.

Ok, I got to hear this baby fire up today for the first time ever!! The motor sounds good and it idles well and so far... there is no check engine light! I still have a lot of little things to do but this is a big step!

It's dark right now. I will try to get a video tomorrow. I can't run it too long because I have no cooling fan on it right now. I think I will go electric instead of the clutch fan. I'm just being cheap and trying to find something on craigslist!

electric fans are cheap these days. just get one off ebay. What are you going to do with the 2.5 and its computer.
