Forgot to mention that I cut out the battery tray since I'm relocating the battery to the bed for weight transfer. This pic shows how the fenders were fitted to the little shelf like area just behind the core support. Looks almost factory...

I also took the brake booster off cleaned and painted it with the spray can bedliner. I would have replaced it but the budget was low.

I like the look of black engines, plus it hides the future oil leaks lol. So I painted the aluminum intake manifold black to match the rest of the engine

I'm going with the T-5 and rangers never had cable clutches like the mustangs. Here is the slave cylinder mocked up on the bellhousing

I took the valve covers off and sanded the tops down to give them a little bling. LOL Also I mounted the front brackets and alternator

I cut up the core support to move the radiator as far forward as possible to make some room for the cooling fan

I had to go with two fans instead of one big one because they are only 2.5 inches deep and I only have about 2.75 inches from the radiator to the waterpump. By offsetting the fans, I have much more room.

I orginally started with a used radiator and then discovered it leaked along the plastic tank. It was replaced with a new one.
