5.0 questions

Hey I have a fuel injection question for yall. I have a set of AFR 165cc aluminum heads with 1.90'' intake and 1.60'' exhaust valves. Also have a set of Comp cams 1.7:1 adjustable roller rocker arms. I bought this combo after reading an article from Car Craft where they took a stock 91 5.0 HO engine and changed the parts I just listed along with headers, and made 405 HP. I was shocked and ordered the same parts as I too have a 91 5.0 HO engine in my Ranger. The problem I have is that they were using a carburetor instead of EFI. What would yall think I need as far as injectors go to run this combo on my truck? I have a larger fuel pump, so supply is not an issue. Any ideas?

255 fuel pump, 24lbs injectors, 70mm throttle body, 75-77mm mass air meter, you could use a v8 explorer intake but would recommend a 1993 cobra intake at the least, 1 1/2-1 5/8 headers, 2 1/2" exhaust and a stage II clutch. anything else you wana know just pm me and hope this helps!
