Ok guys, I've got a 1990 Bronco II that I'm getting ready to drop in a 5.0HO motor out of a '95 Mustang. The motor is stock, and had a T5 manual transmission behind it in the Mustang.

I'm going with a C4 tranny and D20 transfer case out of a '76 Bronco for the drivetrain. I'm going to have the tranny rebuilt before I install it. Any idea what torque converter I should use? Stall speed? Also, does anyone know what flexplate I need? Just starting my research on this.
