You done good, son

I used 3/8-16 X 7/8 Zinc Aluminum coated socket head cap screws (91274A304 McMaster Carr) and coated the threads with a high temperature silicone gasket sealer. SHCS's get a bad rap on this forum for the most part but from repairing industrial equipment a good part of my career (necessity not actual career) you will find nothing better.

Might have to adjust the length per your particular flange thickness the FMS I used had a 1/4" flange

Ya was too good a deal to pass up.
Flange thickeness is .4"

seen an another forum
get remflex gaskets (part number 3003). they seem to be working the best, and buy some arp header bolts part number 400-1110.

I vote get them coated. see if you can get inside and outside done. Thanks Cody, I think I'm going to pull the trigger on a set of these and check with a local shop about getting inside/outside coated and possibly my Y pipe. depends on buget. I think coating new parts will be easier/cheaper than used after carbon builds up inside.

From what I've had done on bikes I think it is, ceramic coating helps keep them new looking and reduces the exterior temps on them
