I did a v8 swap from a 98 ford Explorer to a 2001 ford ranger, I added the (Pats) from the explorer and the Ignition switch. I followed Nathaniel V hunter 2001 Ranger wiring diagram...Still I have no start, Cant hear the fuel pump kick on , theft light blinks and all of my gages work, but no start....He did mention ground the solenoid in this article, : disconnect db/og wire, circuit 325 (starter relay control) from pin #28, C110 on ranger harness, connect this wire to ground terminal on the battery, But I'm not sure where this is, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I have a 2001 ford ranger edge 4x4 and i'm doing a v8 swap from a 1998 ford explorer awd 5.0 donor vehicle, and what I have read here it said in order to use the range 2 speed transfer case I need an adapter kit, So I got one from Advanced Adapters , 9" kit 50-8404 with 2 shafts, the problem that having , I'm not sure how to remove the tail shaft out of the rear of transmission to install the new shaft, anyone have any idea? I would greatly appreciate any help.
