2001 Ranger 5.0 V8 swap (Pats) how to add B type system and eliminate the E type system. need help.

Hi, I have a 2001 ford ranger edge 4x4 and i'm doing a v8 swap from a 1998 ford explorer awd 5.0 donor vehicle, and what I have read here it said in order to use the range 2 speed transfer case I need an adapter kit, So I got one from Advanced Adapters , 9" kit 50-8404 with 2 shafts, the problem that having , I'm not sure how to remove the tail shaft out of the rear of transmission to install the new shaft, anyone have any idea? I would greatly appreciate any help.

B type adds the PATS module from above the glove box.

Both B and E types use the same transceiver at the ignition switch but I believe the keys are different.

B type key blanks are easy to find on-line, I've read the latest version of FORSCAN includes the ability to program the keys into the system.

All I see behind the air bag is ( remote keyless anti theft, Is that what I unplug and plug in the PATS?
