97 mountaineer 5.0 and radiator into a 2000 ranger

What bottom hose do I buy to replace the 2 that make up the original assembly since I'm relocating the oil filter?

Or do I fashion an adapter and create frankenhose?

Go with a later Expo 5.0 hose. Think it was '99 they eliminated the oil cooler filter adapter and went with a one piece bottom hose.
