Got about everything I should need for the swap....got a question on a wiring harness though. Hadn't seen anything specific on this or not but is this the harness I need for the swap? Along with the power distribution box? https://www.ebay.com/itm/222336043936

Hey all. Got the swap finished up and Tried to start last night. Won't start via key, but can hit starter with a jumper wire and it fires right up. After some run time I got these codes:
P0113 (4R70W Code (DTC) P0113 Intake Air Temperature Circuit High Input)
P1747 (4R70W Code (DTC) P1747 Electronic Pressure Control Solenoid A- Short Circuit)
P0755 (4R70W Code (DTC) P0755 Shift Solenoid B Malfunction)
P0708 (4R70W Code (DTC) P0708 Transmission Range Sensor Circuit High Input)
P0743 (4R70W Code (DTC) P0743 Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Electrical)
P0713 (4R70W Code (DTC) P0713 Transmission Fluid Temperature Sensor Circuit High Input)
P1000
P1270 (4R70W Code (DTC) P1270 Engine RPM Or Speed Limiter Reached)
P1702 (4R70W Code (DTC) P1702 TRS Circuit Intermittent Malfunction)

Noticed when I put the trans in that the back passenger side connector had fluid in it. Think I forgot to clear it out before connecting, is this what's causing all the issues? Motor isn't running correctly either, think it's just the PCM erroring since there's so many issues.

Turns out it's the back passenger side plug on the trans for all the solenoids. Not compatible with a '00 explorer 5.0 motor even though that's what I told them when I ordered it....90 day warranty, ordered it in November. Gonna try to fight it and see what i can get out of it. At least cover the cost for labor and the new solenoids

Sorry for the multiple posts but got another question. Ecu is cutting 15% fuel to one bank and adding 30% to the other. Getting a p1401 and 1409 codes....is it these egr codes causing that fuel bank spike?

Hey all. Got the truck running awesome. What a well worth it project. Have had fun through almost all of it other than the tards at MPS sending me too old of a transmission which was causing all those codes. Anyway, Got a quick question. Pulled the truck into my garage Monday night after work. It sat Tuesday undistirbed. Wednesday I went to start it, and when I clicked to ignition, the fuel pump relay started clicking rapidly, along with the CEL flickering about the same pace (not flashing, faster than a flash) and theft light was blinking rapidly too. Tried my second key. Same result. Here's a video of the issue:

Yesterday just for kicks and giggles, I disconnected the ground and positive battery terminal, disconnected ECU harness, and let it sit for 5min. Connected ecu harness and terminals, turned to ignition and it was fine. Normal operations. Starts fine. Ran fine, both keys worked as they should. My question is; what could have caused this intially? The only time I've seen the theft light flash that quickly is when I'm putting a new tune on the truck. Wondering if it's possibly ground related? I was out at some trails last weekend, and if I'd run across a pothole, it'd cause the truck to "cut out" per say. Would stay running, just would miss a beat. SCT would say "no communication" like ignition signal was lost for a second. Where could I start to look for something like that?
