Sorry for this double post. I posted earlier on my phone. I am at my pc now. I can flash my brights when the headlights are off via lever, but I turn on the lights on and I have no control over the brights. The big blue bright light indicator stays on the dash, turning my headlights to the bright mode, just makes the little icon brighter.

Anyone have any ideas? Is there a trick for this? Am I missing something here? Do I remove a fuse, what?
