Thumbs down Pain in the ass to shift!

Alright, I start up my truck, let her run for ten fifteen minutes. Hop in it, head to wherever. Shifts beautifully, clutch pedal is still stiff. About 30 minutes into a journey though, it just doesn't want to go into gear from a stop.

I can shift down through the gears to first and sit at a light. But the truck still wants to pull forward. Getting it into first (or reverse) from a stop is almost impossible. And even accelerating Im having to time it more and more for it to actually go into gear.

And the clutch pedal feels just as stiff but it doesn't seem to be disengaging? Or maybe a synchro issue? How does one bleed a clutch on this vehicle? I dunno though. Im not near experienced enough to diagnose this and its just becoming a pain in the ass. Thank you. All input is appreciated
