They all have their issues. From my understanding 97-03 had spark plug problems and something else. 04-10 have seized spark plug issues as well as potential cam phaser issues. But its all hit and miss really.

I just bought an 04 F150 Scab and LOVE it. I bought the Lariat so I could have some options like heated leather, sunroof, etc...
