the only problem i had with my hi-point was it was like a brick! but i put over 1000 rounds through mine without a problem. My cousin was holding to loose a few times and the shell didn't eject but thats what happens with a gas operated slide

Thing is I would choose this Hi-Point over the Beretta 92F's maybe a little on the heavier side but I dont mind helps with barrel raise and the wife likes heavier rifles/ hand guns
