header panel won't bend...it'll split in half since it's plastic on your years, and fiberglass on 01+. That damage don't look bad at all and won't take much to get it all back into check IMO.

ok well take a look at mine and tell me what ya think either rebuildable or total loss it does have frame damage on the front frame forks and a samll bend in middle where the cab sits here is the link to my photobucket:
