I fixed it. The first thing I went to check was the fuel pump relay and when I pulled it off it was really corroded. So I got a new one and used PB Blaster, Que Tips, and a Jeweler's flat head screw driver to clean up the electrical connectors. Once cleaned I used Canned Air and blasted them dry. Went to turn the key on and it fired right up!
