With most tire chains/cables, your maximum speed should be about 30 mph (50 kph). I have owned several sets of tire cables over the years.....good to have in an emergency situation. Tire chains are more $$$ and will last longer. Keep the tire cables oiled up for maximum durability....rust is the biggest enemy.

Just bought a set of Cobra tire cables for my FX4...$128 after taxes including a spider tensioner. My preferred brand is SCC.
