Well, I now have one working. It took some Liquid Wrench and a bit of jiggling. I shot the LW into both locks and came back in a few hours. The passenger door works, but the driver's side is still stuck. I'll play with it some more tomorrow when it warms up. Those pins must have been really corroded. I plan to use graphite as a maintenance item to keep things moving.
