I have a 1994 4.0, little tired , done its first 165000 miles.

I drive mostly interstate ( West Virginia hills ), love my truck but can rarely get 60 mph, thats downhill no load.

Guess I'll be safe from speeding tickets but I would have thought that 4.0 would get more.

Due for the first service since I bought it, can I expect much difference ?
