i am a lube tech/tech in training and part of my job is to inspect fluids. i never reccomend flushes of any fluids unless its needed. if the fluid is dark, dirty, over the mileage, it needs a flush. if its a trusted shop they wouldnt say it if it didnt need it.
besides if your going to flush it then u must think its bad as well. . . . .
