I have a 98 ranger 3L 4wd that won't go into 4H or 4L. I am thinking that the shifter motor is bad. I am also looking to get a older ranger that I can lift up do brake mods and maybe put a 347 in it. I have found two that I like a 87 and a 88. Has anyone done this and what trouble did you have? There are so many differant lift kit out there not sure which way would be best. I would like to put 35 inch tires on but not sure how much lift I would need. And maybe even a body lift too. Can anyone help. Thanks
